Colour Mill Baby Blue Choco Drip is ready-to-use flowing chocolate, colored throughout in a soft, luminous pastel blue that isn't too bright. It creates clean, even drips around the edge of the cake without running or dulling as it dries.
Packaged in a 125 g soft pouch with a pouring spout, it warms in just a few seconds and can be applied straight from the microwave or water bath.

Instructions
- Warm the sealed pouch in the microwave in 10-second intervals (or in a water bath over low heat) until smooth and lump-free
- Test it on the edge of a bowl: the drip should stop after 2 to 3 cm without running all the way to the bottom
- Apply to a thoroughly chilled cake, gently squeezing from the edge outward, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to set the drip

Please note: warm in short 10-second intervals rather than all at once: heating for too long makes the drip too runny, causing it to slide all the way to the cake board. The cake should be taken out of the refrigerator with its outer frosting already set so the drips stop cleanly.
