Uses and occasions
Cover the support with a layer of fondant or icing before any handling in the kitchen to create the visual effect of a complete cake. The Heart Cake Dummy is suitable for wedding displays, Valentine's Day decorations, and family ceremony presentations. Unlike a real cake, it can be stored and reused for multiple events. For a stable result, place the support on a tray or rigid base before decorating.
Please note: this support is not edible. It is made of polystyrene and must never be eaten or come into direct contact with food without a barrier. Cover it completely with fondant or wafer paper before any display, and never use it as an edible part of a cake.
