How many drops should I use to achieve the Rose shade?

Two to three drops per 100 g of fat are generally enough to achieve a pastel Rose shade. Add the coloring one drop at a time and mix before adding more: the color intensifies quickly in a white base.

Rose is an oil-soluble coloring formulated for fatty mixtures: melted white, dark, or milk chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache, and buttercream. It is not designed for water-based mixtures such as royal icing or fondant worked with water, as it will not disperse properly in them. Reserve it for fatty bases, particularly for Valentine's Day decorations and romantic wedding cakes.

Can Rose be mixed with another Colour Mill shade?
