Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an oil-soluble and water-soluble colorant?
An oil-soluble colorant disperses in fats, such as cocoa butter. A water-soluble colorant dissolves in water. For any fat-based preparation, an oil-soluble colorant like this one is necessary.
What is the difference compared with the range's classic Green?
Apple Green is tangier and more luminous, evoking fruit and freshness, while classic Green is deeper and more botanical. Both are measured the same way in melted cocoa butter.
Does it contain allergens?
It contains colors E104 and E133, along with the regulatory warning regarding children's attention for E104. It may contain traces of milk and tree nuts.
