White Fondant Icing 200 g
Ready-to-use fondant with a soft texture, a neutral base for covering, modeling, or coloring.
Sweet Value white fondant comes in a 200 g packet and is ready to use after brief kneading. Its soft texture makes it easy to roll out thinly for covering cakes and for modeling figurines and decorations. The pure white also serves as a neutral base: use it as is for a clean finish, or tint it with food colorings to create any shade, including grays by mixing it with the black fondant from the same range.
Features
Uses
- Covering round or square cakes, rolled out to a thickness of 3 to 4 mm

Frequently asked questions
What size cake is 200 g enough for?
One packet covers a 15 cm round cake or can be used to make several medium-sized figurines. For a larger cake, plan on using several packets.
How can I make gray from this white fondant?
By gradually mixing it with Sweet Value Black fondant: approximately 10% black for pearl gray, 25% for medium gray, and 40% for charcoal gray. Knead thoroughly to even out the color.
The fondant has hardened—how can I fix it?
Warm it for 5 to 10 seconds in the microwave at the lowest power setting, then knead it to restore its softness.
