FUNCAKES piping gel is a versatile transparent gel used to secure fondant, marzipan, and edible images to your pastries, and to create water, mist, or glass effects in cake design. It can also be colored and applied with a piping bag to draw outlines and details. Halal and Kosher certified.

Recommended uses
- Securing fondant, marzipan, and edible prints
- Decorative effects: water droplets, shine, glass effect
- Lubricant for polystyrene dummies before covering
- Piped outline before applying edible paint
Use and storage: apply the gel with a spatula or piping bag, directly or slightly diluted depending on the desired effect. As it is transparent and neutral, it does not alter the colors or designs of printed decorations. Store in a cool, dry place at between 15 and 20 °C.
