Colour Mill Mustard is a concentrated oil-soluble food coloring in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches, and high-fat creams without causing the mixture to seize. The Mustard shade is a matte mustard yellow, earthier and less vivid than Yellow.

Please note: This food coloring is oil-soluble and will not dissolve in water-based preparations (royal icing, syrup). Shake the bottle before use and add the color gradually: it is easier to darken a shade that is too light than to lighten a base that is already too intense. Store away from light and heat, with the bottle tightly closed.
