AzuWhite Whitening Gel 1 kg
Professional format for opacifying creams, icings, and sugar paste in large quantities.
AzuWhite is a water-soluble whitening gel that neutralizes the yellowish tones imparted by butter, egg yolks, or vanilla in a sweet preparation. The 1 kg jar is intended for workshops that whiten products in batches: buttercream bases, royal icing, whipped cream, or sugar paste before coloring. The fluid gel texture disperses without altering the consistency of the preparation.

Frequently asked questions
How much gel is needed to whiten buttercream?
One teaspoon per 500 g of cream is a good starting point. Increase by half-teaspoons until the desired white is achieved: the color will continue to develop for a few minutes after incorporation.
Is the 1 kg format suitable for occasional use?
It is primarily intended for workshops that regularly whiten large quantities of cream or sugar paste. For occasional use, the 59 ml format from the same range is more suitable.
Can it be used in white chocolate whipped ganache?
Yes, it corrects the natural ivory color of white chocolate. Add it to the ganache while it is still liquid, before chilling, for even distribution.
